Je huis beschermen is wat elke eigenaar wilt. Je doet je best om je huis netjes te houden en opgeruimd. Maar soms is dit niet genoeg. De kruipruimte is de ruimte onder je huis.
Geen isolatie
Als je je kruipruimte niet laat isoleren zal je na verloop van tijd veranderingen zien. Je huis blijft vochtig. Er komt ongedierte en je ziet schimmel. Schimmel in een huis is niet goed. Schimmel komt altijd terug en zal ook niet makkelijk te verwijderen zijn. Je kan het beste de mogelijkheid nemen om direct bij een verhuizing de kruipruimte te laten isoleren. Zo voorkom je al deze problemen en kan je lang genieten van je huis.
Naast deze probleem kan er een ander vervelend probleem optreden. Dit is tocht. De koude lucht komt vanuit de kruipruimte door de vloer heen en gaat door het huis heen. Dit is niet fijn en kan soms ook zogen oor gezondheidsproblemen. Dit komt door de muffe en ongezonde lucht die vanuit de kruipruimte komt.
Kruipruime isoleren
Om al deze problemen tegen te gaan kan je het beste je kruipruimte laten isoleren. Dit kan direct bij de verhuizing gedaan worden. Of bij sommige woning wordt bij de bouw al geïsoleerd. Bij sommige woningen die ouder zijn is dit niet gedaan. Deze moeten geïsoleerd worden. Er zijn verschillende manieren om je kruipruimte te laten isoleren. De kruipruimte isolatie is snel geregeld. De werknemers zijn gespecialiseerd en weten hoe ze de isolatie moeten aanbrengen.
Soms is het zo makkelijk dat het op supersnelheid kan. Bijvoorbeeld bij EPS-korrels. Dit zijn korrels of parels die heel vaak gebruikt worden bij kruipruimteisolatie. Bij de EPS-korrels worden de korrels letterlijk in de kruipruimte gespoten. Dit gebeurt met een lange buis. De kruipruimte zal vol zitten met korrels. De EPS-korrels nemen makkelijk vocht en andere dingen op waardoor de kans op ongedierte, schimmel of andere niet gewenste problemen niet aanwezig zijn.

De kosten van een kruipruimte isolatie verschilt per kruipruimte en welk materiaal er gebruikt moet worden om te isoleren. De prijs is realistisch en betaalbaar. En zeker omdat je met deze isolatie jarenlang kan doen is het zeker een goede prijs. De EPS-korrels hebben ook een eindeloze levensduur. Dit zorgt ook dat je veel garantie krijgt als het toch ergens ineens fout mag gaan.
