Zakelijke verlichting, waar moet je op letten

Bij het vervangen en/of plaatsen van zakelijke verlichting in kantoren, magazijnen of loodsen moet je letten op een groot aantal zaken. Belangrijk is dat je let op een aantal zaken. Deze zaken zijn van belang voor het optimaliseren van werkplezier en effectiviteit van je werknemers. Het belangrijkste is dat je ervoor zorgt dat de verlichting past bij het doeleinde van de ruimte en wat er in die ruimte wordt gedaan. Daarnaast is het type verlichting van belang. Sommige vormen van belichting zorgen voor meer weerkaatsing. Hierdoor kan het licht vervelend aanvoelen. 

Weerkaatsen van licht

Wanneer je veel verschillende objecten in een ruimte hebt staan die licht kunnen weerkaatsen kan het verstandig zijn om goed te letten op het type licht dat je koopt. Sommige verlichting is dusdanig ontwikkeld, dat je zeer weinig weerkaatsing van licht hebt. Dit wordt aangegeven in de zogenoemde UGR waarde. Deze waarde geeft de mate van weerspiegeling aan. Producten met een UGR waarde van 19 weerspiegelen bijvoorbeeld een stuk minder dan producten die dit niet hebben. Ga je verlichting ophangen in bijvoorbeeld een winkel met veel glazen displays? Zoals een juwelier, kijk dan goed naar deze UGR waarde. Doe je dat niet? Dan bestaat de kans dat je klanten de producten amper kunnen zien.

Schaduwen

Niets is vervelender dan een verlichte ruimte waar tal van schaduwen te zien zijn. Dit komt vaak doordat de verlichting niet volledig planmatig is opgehangen of er te weinig lichtbronnen aanwezig zijn. Dit zie je vooral veel bij LED TL buizen en LED tl armaturen. Deze hebben een vrij kleine belichtingshoek, waardoor het licht dus horizontaal beperkt uitstraalt. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je meer verlichting naast elkaar op moet hangen. Uiteraard heeft de hoogte waarop de verlichting hangt ook een grote invloed hierop. Hoe hoger de lampen hangen, hoe breder de lampen schijnen. Uiteraard moet je hierbij wel opletten dat je bij grotere hoogtes ook meer lumen nodig hebt. De lampen moet namelijk verder schijnen.

De kleur van het licht

Een andere belangrijke factor is de kleur van het licht. Dit geeft namelijk aan hoe productief je werknemers zijn. Geel licht zorgt er over het algemeen voor dat je personeel minder productief is en zich slechter kan concentreren dan witter licht.
